The following items are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns:
- Optics (Scopes, Red Dot/ Reflex Sights, Holographic Sights, Binoculars, Cameras, Range Finders, Spotting Scopes) removed from original packaging (please contact manufacturer for warranty or repair)
- Firearm Trigger Kits and Trigger Components
- Edible items
- Game Calls, Scents, Repellents
All other items (besides firearms) are eligible for returns within 30 days of original receipt under the following conditions:
- Item is returned in same condition as when it was shipped and must be returned in original packaging.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Returned item must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Form, which can be downloaded HERE.
- The customer must receive an RMA number BEFORE shipping the item back. An RMA number may be obtained by calling customer service at 1-866-471-4867 or sending a message through the Contact page.
A re-stocking fee of up to 20% will be administered if the item is not returned in resell-able condition, determined at the sole discretion of TSS Outfitters.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for errors or omissions in the product descriptions on our website. While we try to maintain product listings that are completely accurate, mistakes do happen. If you have a question, please call us before placing an order or do independent research on the manufacturer’s website to verify what you are ordering is correct.
Please note: If a product is damaged or defective upon receipt, photos of the damage may be required before an RMA number will be issued. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Lost or Stolen Items
Many of our items are shipped from a third-party supplier, including optics, ammo, and magazines. As such, when a package is lost or stolen during transit, we require 4-6 weeks from the date of purchase to perform the necessary steps before issuing a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please note: For better tracking on non-serialized items, Standard Ground Shipping ($10.95) guarantees UPS or FedEx delivery all the way to your doorstep. Economy shipping is shipped via UPS SurePost or FedEx SmartPost, which can result in longer than quoted ship times.
Orders placed with TSS Outfitters may be cancelled by the customer anytime before the order ships (usually 1 PM EST). To cancel an order, please call customer service at 1-866-496-6085. Please have your order number ready when calling to speed up the process. If an order is cancelled after shipping for any reason, the customer may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
PLEASE NOTE: All orders over $400 will be shipped “Signature Required” at no additional cost.
Firearm Returns and Order Cancellation
Returns are ONLY accepted for merchandise found defective immediately upon receipt. TSS Outfitters will provide your choice of a replacement item (pending availability) or full refund AND pay the return shipping cost on all firearms and/ or accessories found defective upon receipt. Please note: Cancellation of an order for ANY reason once the firearm has been shipped will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If a customer is declined on their ATF Form 4473, they will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee to ship the firearm back to us. Please make sure you are legally allowed to own a firearm before attempting to purchase one.
Please take your time to inspect all firearms thoroughly BEFORE proceeding with the transfer. Once a new firearm is transferred to you, it is considered used, even if unfired. Consequently, we cannot provide a refund for new firearms once they have been transferred into your possession. Also, we DO NOT reimburse FFL transfer fees on returned items. We do understand that some manufacturer defects may not be identifiable upon initial inspection. However, upon discovering a defect AFTER the transfer, the firearm must be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair(in accordance with manufacturers warranty policy). By sending a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer, you can avoid the unnecessary transfer fees of returning the firearm to us through your local FFL dealer. Manufacturer repaired firearms can be returned directly to the customer without additional FFL transfer or associated fees. However, if the manufacturer chooses to replace the firearm, the replacement firearm must transfer through your local FFL dealer to document the replacement firearm serial number.
TSS Outfitters is happy to assist our customers with special orders for products we don’t currently have in stock. We have wholesale accounts set up with some of the nation’s largest firearms distributors, and as such, have access to many more firearms than we currently stock. If one of our suppliers has the firearm you are looking for in stock, we can have it here within 2 to 5 business days after it’s ordered.
In order to place a special order, we require a 20% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit at the time the order is placed. Under no circumstances will we place a special order without this deposit. We will only accept special orders and deposits on firearms that we can positively supply to our customers in a timely manner, and it is expected that our customers follow through with their end of the deal once the firearm has been delivered. Experience has proven that collecting a deposit up front is the only way to ensure a smooth transaction.
TSS Outfitters will ship a firearm ONLY to individuals or agencies in possession of a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL). This means we cannot ship directly to you (unless you have an FFL).
It is the sole responsibility of the firearm buyer to contact the FFL dealer prior to order fulfillment and confirm the dealers policies, procedures, and any applicable fees they might charge.
Upon completion of payment, and after we have received a copy of your dealers FFL, we will transfer your purchased firearm to a licensed gun dealer in your state.
It is your responsibility to complete all required paperwork when you pick up your purchase from your local dealer.
It is your responsibility to contact the FFL dealer.
Be aware that it is customary for your local dealer to charge a transaction fee at the time you pick up your purchase.
This transfer fee is strictly between you and your local dealer. It is your responsibility to check with your local dealer concerning any policy of this kind and concerning your obligations. You do not pay TSS for the transfer fee. By purchasing a firearm from us you acknowledge that you may have to pay your dealer a fee for transferring the gun to you.
Order Cancellation Fee: We invest time and money to prepare each and every order that is placed with our company, even before the order ships. After you have placed your order online, or over the phone with a sales associate, you will be charged 15% Cancellation/Change fee if you decide to cancel the order or substitute products. You will not be charged any additional fee for adding items to an existing order. By placing an order online or making a phone order with a sales associate, you agree to pay this 15% Cancellation/Change fee should you cancel or change your order. Our business is not set up to change orders easily. We apologize for having to implement these changes, but it is necessary in order to keep our prices low for our customers.
You, the buyer, are responsible for locating an FFL dealer for the transfer, and providing all pertinent contact information for your dealer to TSS Outfitters.
